Enrollment
For Full Time and Part time enrollees there is a two-week trial period during which either party may cancel the child care agreement without notice. After the trial period, two-week's notice must be given by the terminating party.
Drop-in is considered to be an odd day where care is needed. Drop-in care is offered only if space is available and is on first come first serve basis.

Hours, Fees and Holidays
Payment obligation is based on the hours the parent agrees to use childcare and have signed on the contract not necessarily actual hours of attendance. Payment is due according to the scheduled contract of time whether or not the child actually attends during those hours.
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE; UNLESS IT IS A STATE PROGRAM
A 24 hours notice is required for Drop-in care. A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or changes or you may be charged for the scheduled day.
Fees: Payment is due at the time your child is dropped off. Or at the beginning of the week at drop off for full week care. Supplies: It is the parent’s responsibility to provide such things as diapers/pull ups, powders/ointments, medication etc.
Closings: Bazalar Family Child Care will be closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4,Thanksgiving Day & the day after, Christmas Eve (December 24), Christmas Day & The day after Christmas (December 26). The exact dates will be posted. I will also take 2 weeks vacation during the year. From time to time I may need to close for sick days, training or seminars, etc. I will give you a 30- day notice when possible.
Food
NO JUNK FOOD!!!
Nutritious Breakfast, Morning and Afternoon Snack and Lunch will be provided,
Please let me know in advance if you are planning to provide treats for birthdays.
Meals served here meet nutrition requirements established by USDA's Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Clothing and Supplies
Please provide extra clothing, diapers, and wipes.
If your child has a special toy or blankie it may help to adjust easier to being away from home.
Your child may get MESSY! Although I do use paint shirts and do my best to keep your child clean after we have had a fun messy project: Please do not send clothes that you would not want to become stained.
Health and Safety
Please notify me if your child has had any fever or any other illness before signing him/her in.
Please pick up child as soon as possible if notified that he/she is ill.
A signed authorization form is required for ALL medicine administered to a child while in my care.
Medication will be given ONLY if it is in the original container with the prescription label attached and a signed authorization from the parent is in the provider's possession.
